The media rightfully reveal the “Pandora papers” as headlines. This creates, understandably, a stir in a large part of the population. But we do know that not all those who have used tax optimization instruments are fraudsters, that some have acted legally, pursuing lawful goals, while others may have made mistakes in good faith.

Both have the right to be defended and their rights should be asserted.
