Lawyers are duty bound to respect law. Therefore, we see to the respect of our clients’ rights which are established by law and we intend these rights not to be infringed by any third party, even being tax authorities.

Our firm considers respect of the law as essential in its actions. This respect of the law often sets constraints in tax matters. Our duty is to find legal solutions which respect at best our clients’ rights and interests.

At the same time, respect of the law as our basic requirement entails that third parties, whoever they may be, do not attack our clients’ legal rights. In this view, if our firm never recommends to taxpayers to adopt fraudulent behaviour, against law, we obviously consider that any person accused of having committed any fraud is entitled to the best possible defence, respectful of his fundamental citizen rights
